Workshop: Mapping Your New Year

2021 has reminded me that there's lots I can't control, and so I've been especially grateful to have navigation tools to help me true my course whenever the unexpected comes. Start 2022 by practicing where to focus, what to prioritize, and how to feel clear in your decision-making.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You're exhausted and want to bring more balance to your life. 

  • To-do lists aren't working for you, and you want to take a different approach to designing your daily rhythms. 

  • You're project-oriented and figuring out what to say 'yes' or 'no' to this year.
