For this week's call we'll spend the first 15-ish minutes checking in with our weakest link. This could mean your weakest link of the last month or in general over the past few years.

Your weakest link can change on a daily or weekly basis. Since it's the most important part of holistic decision making, I try to offer a weakest link check in at least once monthly.

After that the 15 min prompt, we'll share our observations and thoughts and have a chance to support each other in getting clear on what our next steps should be in our projects and careers.

This hour-long, members-only call offer a dedicated time to talk with the group about your project, that big upcoming decision, career confusion, etc, but also time to practice Career Design as part of your regular routine.

Calls include:

• a prompt to warm us up (15ish min)

• group conversation about the state of our projects 

• Q&A time where any of you can bring a question/or challenge, and get support from me and the group.
